Samuel Yuen Chung Sang is our Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the overall financial
operations and management. Prior to joining the Group on 26 June 2006, Mr Yuen was the Executive Director & CFO of SGX-listed
Fu Yu Corporation Limited, a precision plastic injection molding and mold-making company. Prior to that, he had worked extensively
in China and Hong Kong. His previous experience included finance and general management experience in various industries such as freight
forwarding, hotel and property investment and trading. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (major in Accounting) from the
Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Masters of Business Administration degree (major in Finance) from Dalhousie University, Canada. Mr Yuen is a
member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. |

Gary Ho Hock Yong is our Managing Director for Corporate Business Development focusing on presenting Hi-P as an integrated supplier to our current and prospective customers. Mr Ho is responsible to grow our customer base and also deepen relationship with existing customers to bring greater sales. He has been with the Group since April 1996 and had previously assumed the roles of Regional Sales Manager, Corporate Business Manager & Marketing Director, Managing Director for Wireless SBU within the group. Mr Ho holds a Diploma in Production Technology from the German Singapore Institute. |

Juha Poyry is our Director of Management System and Quality. He is responsible to develop and drive Hi-P’s management system through lean management to achieve the best quality and scale of business. Prior to joining Hi-p in Sep. 2007, he worked 12 years for Nokia, last 6 years as Head of Nokia Mechanics and Outsourcing supply base development. He has had a key role in driving Nokia mechanics and outsourcing supply base to a cost effective one-stop-shopping mode through his management experience in R&D, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain management and quality. Based his Nokia time, he has gained good knowledge of competitors’ best practices and global customer base needs. Prior to Nokia, he worked 12 years for Kone Elevators Ltd., which is one of 3 biggest elevator companies in the world. Mr Poyry holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Telecommunications from polytechnics Riihimaki, Finland. |

Danny Tay Seck Nam is our Director of Corporate Supply Chain. He drives Hi-P’s materials cost reduction and inventory control programmes to ensure our continued competitiveness. Mr Tay brings with him many years of valuable experience in supply chain management. Prior to joining Hi-P in Feb 2006, he worked for 5 years with Thomson Multimedia in Guangdong as Materials and Global Sourcing Director. Prior to that, he spent 14 years with Seagate Technology, holding various senior managerial positions in materials management. In his earlier years, he held managerial positions in financial planning and site accounting services at Texas Instruments. Mr Tay has attained the rank of Black Belt in Six Sigma, a global quality management system. He graduated with a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Singapore and a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom. |

Zhou Wei Dong is our Managing Director for Wireless SBU and is responsible for the product definition, design, manufacturing and business for all Wireless customers of the Group. He has substantial manufacturing experience in innovation decorative processes for the handset market. Prior to joining the Group in August 2005, Mr Zhou was an Engineering Manager with Uniplas (Shanghai) for nine years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the East China Technology University (now known as "Jiangsu University of Science and Technology"). |

Lim Kay Leong is our Managing Director for Computing and Consumer Electronics SBU. Mr. Lim has a wide variety of working experience in his 20 years of working career in Defense, Metal Injection Molding, Medical System Assembly and Library Outsourcing Industries. Mr. Lim has held many senior management positions such as General Manager and Vice President of Advanced Materials Technologies, General Manager of AMS Biomedical Pte Ltd, Deputy Director (Technical Services) in Civica Pte Ltd. Mr. Lim received his Master of Science with distinction in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College of London and was awarded the WS Atkin prize for being the top academic graduate. He was also awarded the Gold Medalist Prize from National University of Singapore (NUS) when he graduated with a 1st Class Honours in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. |
