Chairman's Message

Yao Hsiao Tung
Executive Chairman

Founded in 1980 as "Hi-P Tool & Die", I joined the company in 1983. Through a period of global economic challenges, we expanded overseas in 1993 and achieved a successful IPO in 2003. Today, Hi-P is a one-stop manufacturing partner to the world’s leading brands, powered by our vertically integrated value chain, precision tooling innovation, and global smart production network.

From the beginning, resilience, pragmatism, and vision have been our foundation. We operate on the principle of balancing efficiency with humanity, fostering a culture built on mutual respect, teamwork, integrity, and discipline. This people-first, results-driven culture enables every Hi-P employee to create sustainable, long-term value—for our customers, our people, and society at large.
