Through close collaboration with partners, we drive continuous improvement and build a resilient, responsible supply chain capable of managing sustainability-related risks.
-
People & CommunityPeople & CommunityAdhering to our people-oriented culture, we create diverse and equitable career pathways for employees. We continuously enhance workforce development programs and safeguards—addressing needs in skills training, occupational health, and safety. We also actively engage with local communities through public welfare initiatives, aligning corporate growth with social value.
