We, supplier, (and our subsidiaries and affiliates) hereby guarantee that products that we supply to Hi-P International Limited (and their subsidiaries and affiliates) are DRC Conflict Free and are not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), or from areas which are controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions. Also, the raw material purchased are not sourced from conflict zone of DRC. We commit not to source 3TG that directly or indirectly benefit armed groups that are perpetrators of serious human rights abuse in the DRC or an adjoining country. "Conflict Minerals" includes, but is not limited to the rare metals such as Tinstone, Tungsten, Coltan, gold and their derivatives from Congo and its neighboring countries or regions.
We commit to exercising due diligence in accordance to OECD Guidance regarding the source and chain of custody of such metals, and satisfied the reporting and sourcing of this requirements.
If there is any change of material/production location/production process etc., we will ensure the products are DRC Conflict Free. In case that products, unit parts, and materials exceeding the threshold level are delivered to Hi-P, we will take appropiate actions to recover the status, in good faith, on our own responsibility and expense.
